Year 6 Netball 092025
Year 6 had their first Netball lesson today. We learned how to pass the ball using the chest pass and bounce pass. We finished off by playing a game of Time Bomb.
Year 6 Cricket 092025
Year 6 enjoyed their first cricket coaching session today. They learned how to bowl - we found it was quite tricky to keep your arm straight! We finished off with a couple of cricket games.
Year 4 Cricket
In Year 4 PE this week we started our cricket unit. We focused on our over arm throwing technique to help us with bowling. We also tested our reaction times and team work skills during our cricket drills.
Year 4 Library Visit
This week we had our first visit of the new school year to Egremont library. Here we shared stories and chose new library books…not forgetting to take back the ones we had already borrowed!
First Cricket Session of the New Academic Year2025
Year 2 thoroughly enjoyed their first cricket session of the new academic year. They spent some time practising their overarm throwing and hitting of the ball. They cannot wait to improve their skills further over the coming weeks.

Nursery’s first week- September 2025
Lots of fun has been had by Nursery this week exploring our new areas inside and investigating outside. Although we have had a few tears from children still settling, we have had smiles and laughter too. We are excited for what next week will bring.
