Special Educational Needs and Disabilities
At St. Bridget's we value each and every child. Their happiness, academic progress and personal well-being is of the utmost importance to us. We are an inclusive school and we strive to support all children to enable them to achieve their very best. Some children will require extra support in school to meet their needs or to improve their learning. This additional help will usually be provided in school either by staff or with the help of external specialists.
"Staff identify the additional needs of pupils with SEND quickly. The school works effectively with a range of professionals and parents and carers to ensure that pupils with SEND receive the help they need to progress well through the curriculum. These pupils achieve similarly well to other pupils in school." (Ofsted 2023)
Our Special Educational Needs and Disabilities Coordinator (SENDCo) is Mrs Natalie Palmer. You can contact her via the school office on 01946 820320
