Celebrating St. George’s Day in Reception

Reception have spent the day celebrating their class saint St. George who is also the patron saint of England.  Children were invited to dress in red and white to match the colour of the St. George’s Cross. In class we listened to the story of St. George and why he is so special. We enjoyed having some face paints and creating our own flags. Happy St. George’s Day everyone!
