Year 5 Swimming Week 2024
Year 5 have been swimming every afternoon this week at Copeland pool. They have all improved their swimming skills on this intense course. Today they learnt how to take off their pyjamas in the water and create a float for their life saving skills.
Squash at The Falcon Club
Year 4 enjoyed their first squash lesson with Gavin. They practised keeping a close eye on the ball whilst manoeuvring around. I have to say Year 4 gave a very promising start - some of the children even progressed onto pancakes!
Football Skills in Year 2 June 2024
Year 2 have spent time during their P.E. lessons lately working on their dribbling, stopping and passing of the ball. They have really improved over the weeks and are now able to dribble and pass the ball with increased accuracy. What a joy it has been to see them improve!

Sporting Achievements

Egremont Bowling Club Day 2024
We had a great morning at Egremont Bowling Club learning how to bowl and competing against other local schools. We were delighted to come in second place. Thank you to all the members of Egremont Bowling Club for inviting us and taking the time to teach us the skills.
