Year 3 enjoyed developing their hockey skills. It was very impressive to learn a new skill so quickly.

The Year 5 and 6 representatives had a fantastic time at Kicky Rounders today. They loved competing against other schools and aiming to make it all the way around the pitch to score a rounder. To wrap up the day, the students enjoyed an exciting game against the staff.

Year 5 and 6 representatives had a great time at the Bowling final at Carlisle. They all got to practice their bowling skills again and enjoyed taking part. 

Today, girls from Year 5 and 6 participated in the "Girls Can Festival," an event designed to inspire girls to explore a variety of sports. They had a great time learning new skills in football, athletics, dance, judo, and kicky rounders. We hope this experience will motivate them to continue…

Year 3 teamed up with year 4 to enjoy football matches and a penalty shoot out. It was so much fun!

Year 4 fully embraced the Biggest Ever Football Session today in our matches with Year 3. Both boys and girls enjoyed a match and a penalty shootout. The children showed such brilliant team work, sportsmanship and resilience.

Year 2 took part in the Biggest Ever Football Event. Today Year 1 enjoyed taking part in the biggest ever football session. It was great fun practising football skills together. Year 1 enjoyed finishing off with a penalty shootout. 
 

As part of the #letgirlsplay Biggest Ever Football Session  (a campaign to give girls equal an equal to football), Year 6 girls paired with girls from Reception to teach them some essential penalty taking skills. Who knew how much football talent there is amongst our girls!
