Year 5 National School Sports Week 2022
Year 5 enjoyed participating in lots of different sports during National School Sports Week. They did gymnastics, cricket, mile-a-day, active playtimes and even took part in the Big Skip. What a busy week they had!

This week Year 2 have taken part in various activities during National Sports Week. They ran a mile a day, taken part in a yoga dance activity on National Yoga Day, played parachute games, practised their ball skills and participated in the Big Skip. What an active week they have had!

Squash Coaching 2022
Year 4 have been really enjoying squash coaching at their local squash club each week.
Cricket Tournament
We had a great time at Whitehaven Cricket Ground playing in a tournament against six other schools. We enjoyed putting all the skills we have learnt in PE into practice and taking part in such a great event.

National School Sport Week
As part of National School Sport Week, Year 4 have had an additional P.E lesson. Today they learned about how to sustain running without stopping by exploring their individual pace. They also learned about the importance of adopting a good running form and stretching.
Year 3 Sports Week

Year 5 NSPCC Big Break-time
Year 5 have had an active day for the NSPCC Big Break . They had an extended break enjoying playing lots of games with our new equipment. They also designed games for Year 2 to play and had so much fun playing them.

Year 4 enjoyed an extended playtime this morning in the sunshine. They thoroughly enjoyed using the new equipment and the extra time being active.
