Year 4 Olympian Circuits
Year 4 were very pleased to meet Team GB athlete Chris Bennett this afternoon. He told us some very interesting stories about his experiences as an athlete.

Year 3 Sports awards during netball with Dan.
Year 3 have been practicing their marking, throwing and shooting skills, whilst playing in 4 teams, with Dan. They are becoming great netballers!
Movement to Music
In P.E. Year 4 are learning to interpret and respond to different pieces of music by experimenting with different body movements then putting these together to create a sequence.
Year 5 Ball Skills
Year 5 enjoyed a warm up game of ‘Chain Tag’ in PE. They had to work together as a team to catch the whole class and make one long chain. This was followed by relay games where they practiced ball skills such as dribbling, changing direction and passing.
Year 5 Cyclewise 2023
Year 5 have had a great week completing Cyclewise. They have learnt lots of new skills to keep them safer when cycling on the roads. To enhance their safety further all the children designed and made a high visibility armband to wear when they are out on darker days.
