Year 3 celebrate the values of school games
Four children in Year 3 received awards for showing respect, teamwork, self-belief and discipline. Well done children. You showed these skills in our football skills lesson today.
Year 2 Library Visit

Times Tables Rock Star NSPCC Challenge
KS2 took part in the NSPCC Times Table Rock Star challenge today. They all tried very hard to be the winning class with the highest number of correct answers per pupil. The speed and recall of some of the pupils was very impressive! A huge well done to everyone.
Making shadows in Reception
In Reception the children made their own shadow puppet animals. They drew and cut the shapes out and we then made shadows by using a torch and projecting the shadows on to the board.
Year 3 TTROCKS
Year 3 took part in a TTROCKS Challenge. How many correct answers can they get in one hour? This was a Countrywide Challenge, we did really well.
Year 3 learn about their class Saint, Mary
We have been learning about our class Saint, St.Mary. We learnt about her Feast days too. It is her special Feast, Our Lady of Lourdes on 11th February. We learnt how to say her very special prayer, the Hail Mary.

Year 3 Stone Age to Iron Age Day
We had a great end to our History topic, impressing Ro with our knowledge about the Stone, Bronze and Iron Ages. We enjoyed being a human timeline, making axes, engraving copper, hunter-gathering and fire starting like a nomad with flint knapping.
Investigating Materials Year 1
