Year 4 have had a productive morning applying and reinforcing their knowledge about rivers. They have been learning about the rivers in our locality and about the importance of protecting it has a habitat.

Year 1 learnt about why Remembrance is important.  We learnt about the significance of the poppy as a symbol of remembrance.  In class we held a 2 minute silence and prayed for all those who have lost their lives. In Art we created finger print poppies.

Year 6 have been refining their computing skills to create concept maps linked to Anti-bullying week. They produced these fabulous concept maps with ways to be nice to each other online. Great job! 

For Maths week Reception played lots of games with dice. We used a games sheet and added our own counters and characters to play the game and matched our dice to dominoes. Maths in Reception is lots of fun!
