Year 3 had a fantastic day at Walby Farm Park
We had a super time at Walby Farm Park today. We enjoyed the indoor soft play and slides, the outdoor parks, the wooden fort and of course, the lovely animals.

Yum yum! Ice cream and fun in the sun. We loved meeting all the animals and especially the ferret race!

Nursery have been using watercolours to create their own paintings of their favourite character from a transitional story. We have paintings of the giant, the wolf and even Red Riding Hood. What fabulous artists!
Year 5 Walby Farm Park
Year 5 have had an amazing day at Walby Farm Park. We explored the Castle, visited the animals in the barn, had fun on the outdoor park then conquered our fears on the slides in the play barn!

Y6 had an absolutely fantastic day at Walby Farm Park. We explored the new wooden fort and then after lunch enjoyed time in the indoor play barn. We conquered lots of our fears on the giant red slide!

Year 5 have been learning all about Mayan masks. They discovered that masks were often inspired by animals and were colourful and vibrant. The Mayas were sometimes buried with a death mask which was intended to protect the wearer on their journey to the afterlife.
