Cricket Tournament
We had a great time at Whitehaven Cricket Ground playing in a tournament against six other schools. We enjoyed putting all the skills we have learnt in PE into practice and taking part in such a great event.

National School Sport Week
As part of National School Sport Week, Year 4 have had an additional P.E lesson. Today they learned about how to sustain running without stopping by exploring their individual pace. They also learned about the importance of adopting a good running form and stretching.

Y1 Jubilee Jubilations
Year 1 enjoyed a fantastic day dressed in red, white and blue celebrating the Queen’s Platinum Jubilee. We enjoyed a snack time treat of an ice cream and a wonderful lunch street party with the rest of the school. We enjoyed listening to patriotic songs whilst we ate our special Jubilee lunch.

Year 5 had a fantastic time celebrating the Queen’s Platinum Jubilee. We dressed in red, white and blue and celebrated in a traditional street party style!
Y6 Library Visit June 2022
Y6 enjoyed a walk to Egremont library. They enjoyed browsing the books and choosing some to take home.
‘The Big Break-time’ in Reception
Reception took part in ‘The Big Break-time’ raising money for the NSPCC. The children played games with Year 1 and Year 6 that were designed by the Year 6 children. They had a great afternoon playing games in the sun and raising money for a wonderful charity.
