We were privileged to welcome a Fencing coach into school today.  Year 4 thoroughly enjoyed their introduction into an Olympic sport.

Our Reading Ambassadors met with our Head to present the findings from their research about the provision of books in our class libraries throughout school. They were allocated a budget to buy some of the books from the wish list so they took a trip out to our local book shop to buy some new books…

Year 4 are learning about the differences between processed and fresh foods. We have been comparing lists of ingredients of home made bread compared to shop bought bread. Some of us even baked bread at home from scratch to taste the difference between shop bought bread and homemade bread. Yum yum!
