Reception Reindeer Run
Reception Class thoroughly enjoyed their morning Reindeer Run to raise money for The Jigsaw Hospice for Children. They really did give it their all - what a fabulous effort! We finished off with a well deserved play on the castle.

Repeating Patterns - fruit kebabs
This week Reception Class have enjoyed learning about repeating patterns. To complete the week and consolidate their learning, they made fruit kebabs using their own repeating patterns. The best part was eating them at the end!
Reception PE
Reception class really enjoyed their PE session this week. They practised keeping the balloon off the ground, this involved teamwork and some children got really creative and used different body parts to keep their balloon off the floor. Fun was had by all!
Reception Class - Shape Hunting
In Reception, we have been learning about 2D shapes. Today, we put our new learning to the test with a shape hunt around the classroom and outdoor area. We discovered we are surrounded by lots of shapes!
