This week year 1 have been learning about mental health.  What mental health means; how we can be kind to ourselves and others.  We made some ‘Kindness Cups’ and helped to fill our classmates cups with kind words. We all really enjoyed this. It was a great feeling to read and listen to what our classmates think about each one of us. We finished off our mental health lesson with some mindfulness colouring to help us feel calm and relaxed.
