Year 1 Road Safety Awareness Workshop 2026

Year 1 had a fantastic time taking part in a road safety workshop with Sarah from Pyjama Drama!

The children explored different types of road crossings and discussed the safest places to cross the road when a crossing isn’t available. They learned how important it is to stay alert and make safe choices when out and about.

Then they put their learning into action through some exciting role play, showing off their knowledge of the Green Cross Code. The children did a brilliant job demonstrating how to stop, look, listen and think before crossing the road.
