Our Nursery have had a baking morning today. Our Nursery 1 children have had the number rhyme 5 currant buns as their rhyme of the week, so we made currant buns and added icing and a cherry on the top. They loved singing the rhyme, but more importantly eating them.
Our Nursery 2&3 children have been reading some traditional tales this week and enjoyed baking gingerbread men. They decorated them with icing, eyes and chocolate buttons. Yummy!
