Year 5 and 6 girls recently enjoyed an exciting rugby session delivered by coaches from Egremont Rangers.
During the session, the girls learned how to hold the ball correctly, practised accurate passing techniques, and developed some key basic rugby skills. The coaches made the activities fun and engaging, helping everyone to build confidence and teamwork.
The team also spoke to the girls about opportunities to join their Under 12s girls’ team. They are currently looking for new recruits who would like to attend training sessions and take part in friendly matches in the North West Girls Development League.
The girls had a fantastic time and thoroughly enjoyed the experience!
