Year One have enjoyed learning about structures in their Design and Technology lessons. We have looked at different types structures around us and around the world including the Eiffel Tower and Leaning Tower of Pisa. We were very excited to explore building our own structures using a variety of different materials and techniques. We found out that structures with a wide base are more strong and sturdy.
