As part of our DT topic on knowing what is really in our food, we made pizzas completely from scratch. We used just flour, natural yogurt, water, tomato and cheese to create our own bases and toppings.

We were all surprised by how easy and quick it was to make pizza dough with so few ingredients. The activity helped us to learn where our food comes from and how making things ourselves can be healthier. 

Best of all, the pizzas were delicious!
