Year 2 have been learning about sustaining the oceans that sustain us. They reflected on the importance of the oceans and how they can protect them. They were shocked to find out the impact pollution and climate change can have on the oceans. They all pledged to share what they had learned and to use less single-use plastics and to reduce their use of electricity. Afterwards, they enjoyed recycling a plastic container and other items in to an animal that would live in the ocean.
