As part of World Mental Health Day 2024, Year 6 discussed the different ways that life can make us feel overwhelmed and lead to “BURNOUT.” We the reflected on the different ways we can look after our mental health during these times. We talked about the things we can do to help makes us calm down and step aside from the noise of everyday life. We then made a ‘Stress Bucket’ to illustrate the things that we find stressful and cause us anxiety and the things that we like to do to feel calm and peaceful. 
We made a donation for the option to wear yellow to school today to raise money for charities as our Act Of Mercy to help those in our locality who need support.
