Year 5 Celebrate World Mental Health Day ๐Ÿ’›

Year 5 came together in a sea of yellow to show their support for World Mental Health Day and to celebrate the importance of looking after our mental health and wellbeing.

As part of our activities, we created a Wellbeing Rainbow ๐ŸŒˆ. Each colour represents different strategies we can use to help us when we are having a difficult day. From taking time to relax and doing something we enjoy, to talking to someone we trust and remembering the things that make us happy, our rainbow is full of ideas to help us feel more positive and resilient.

Our Wellbeing Rainbow is a wonderful reminder that everyone has difficult days, but there are lots of things we can do to support our mental health. Most importantly, we know that we don't have to face those difficult feelings alone.

A huge well done to Year 5 for embracing the day, sharing their ideas and helping to spread such an important message: our mental health matters! ๐Ÿ’›๐ŸŒˆ
