Year 6 Enjoy the Friendship Disco

This evening, our school hall was transformed into the most exciting place ever – it was time for our Friendship Disco! KS2 pupils arrived full of energy, big smiles, and some fantastic dance moves. The disco wasn’t just about music and dancing. It was about celebrating friendship. Throughout the evening, we saw so many wonderful examples of kindness: children inviting others to join their group; friends encouraging each other in the dance-off and lots of laughter and happy faces It was fantastic to see everyone supporting one another and making sure nobody felt left out.
That’s what friendship is all about!
Of course, no disco would be complete without some snacks. There were delicious treats and drinks to keep everyone energised. After a quick break to recharge, it was straight back to the dance floor for even more fun.
