To celebrate St Bridget’s feast day, Nursery have been baking shortbread biscuits. They carefully rolled and flatten out the mixture, before placing it in a cross shape, just like the one found in our St Bridget’s badge. We put them in the oven and they turned into delicious biscuits for us to share.
