Michael Rosen Day 2025 with Year 2

Year 2 love nothing more than listening to some poetry before they go home. Today, to their surprise, they took part in a poetry party with Michael Rosen. They thoroughly enjoyed listening to him read and perform his poetry. They even joined in with some of his poems using actions and repeating some of the lines. What a wonderful experience it was! Some children even went on to the playground afterwards and began to created their own poetry.
