Year 1 had a visit from Allison and Mark from Danica’s Dream Fund which is Year 1’s class charity. Some members of the class decided to try and raise even more money for this special charity. During May they walked, ran, cycled and scooted as much as their legs could! They decided to call the challenge ‘Miles in May’. They managed to raise an astonishing £452 which is incredible. A massive thank you to Jack, Ernie, Eric, Ella, Elsie and Orla for doing this. We are extremely thankful to their families for organising this. Allison (Danica’s Mum) and Mark from the charity gratefully accepted the donation and were thrilled. We were sorry that Jack was missing from the photo after all his dedication to this fundraising. Well done everyone we are so proud of you.
