Year 5’s class saint is St. Patrick so we had a wonderful day on 17th March learning all about him. Mrs. Smith told us all a about the celebrations that occur in Ireland on St. Patrick’s day and we were surprised to hear that it is a national holiday on that day! We were also treated to some Irish dancing and realised how tricky it is when we tried it ourselves.
