Year 4 Spooky Day 2026

🎃 A Spooktacular Halloween Day! 👻

We had a fantastic time celebrating Halloween! The children came to school dressed in their wonderful Halloween costumes, filling the day with lots of spooky fun, creativity and excitement.

The children enjoyed a special Halloween tuck shop, where they had a chance to enjoy some tasty treats. They also got creative with some Halloween-themed colouring activities, producing some fantastic and colourful designs.

We even linked our Halloween celebrations to our science topic! 🦴 The children explored the world of skeletons and vertebrates by drawing their own skeletons, thinking carefully about bones and how they fit together to support our bodies. It was a brilliant way to combine science learning with a little Halloween magic!

It was wonderful to see everyone getting involved, showing off their creativity and enjoying the day's activities. We had a spooktacular day full of smiles, learning and Halloween fun! 🎃🕷️

Happy Halloween from everyone at school! 👻
