On World Mental Health Awareness Day, we all dressed in yellow. We explored the importance of looking after mental health just as we look after our physical health. We shared the different ways that we like to keep our minds healthy and how we like to find an escape from the noise of our bust daily lives. Some examples of what we like to do in Year 6 include: going for a walk or run on the fells, listening to music, playing football with friends, going for a bike ride, emerging ourselves in a good book, colouring in and lots more.
